IT Sales Executive

Delhi, India OG Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Full time

1. Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet them.
2. Hire, train, motivate and advise a team of sales representatives.
3. Continuously develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
4. Knowledge of IT Industry and CMS and Languages such as, WordPress, HTML, Mobile APP, PHP etc..
5. Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
6. Growing business through the development of new leads and new clients
7. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs.
8. Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to grow business.
9. Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
10. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.

**Required Skills**:

- 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
2. Ability to lead a sales team.
3. Experience in managing and growing sales teams.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to present and explain ideas to a variety of audiences
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and sell value and create credibility
8. Enthusiastic to build good relationships with clients.
9. Ability to work well in a team environment.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
