Visit in Hospitals in Guwahati (outstation travel as well in Jalpaiguri, Imphal, Aizawl, Dimapur, Meghalaya)

Explain patients about the program and documentation.

Help them to complete all documentation.

Enrollment into the program via crm

Collection of original documents from patient

Coordination with patients, back-end team, doctors, etc

Follow up with patients.

Excellent in communication skill in English.

Daily allowances: Rs. 200/- per day

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
