**Position: Front Desk Executive**
**Responsibilities**
**Office Management**:
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary.
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance.
**Communication and Correspondence**:
- Draft and proofread official documents, memos, reports, and presentations.
**Scheduling and Calendar Management**:
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives and staff.
**Records Management**:
- Maintain and organize physical and digital records, files, and databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper storage of sensitive information.
**Event Planning**:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Manage logístical details such as venue booking, catering, and invitations.
**Budget and Expense Management**:
- Assist in budget creation and tracking for office expenses.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
**Human Resources Support**:
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documents and arranging orientation.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
**Vendor and Supplier Management**:
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for procurement of office supplies and services.
- Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
**Facilities Management**:
- Oversee facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
- Coordinate office space allocation and arrangement.
**Coordination and Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with various departments and teams to ensure efficient cross-functional communication.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
**Problem Solving**:
- Address day-to-day operational issues and provide timely solutions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement streamlined procedures.
**Team Support**:
- Provide administrative support to executives and team members.
- Assist in organizing team meetings, agenda preparation, and minutes.
**Data Entry and Analysis**:
- Input data into systems accurately and maintain databases.
- Generate basic reports and analyze data as required.
An Administrative Executive needs to be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at using office software and technology. Their role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and professionalism of an organization.
**Requirements**:
- Experience required 2-5 years in the same domain
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
- Should have knowledge of MS. Word and Excel
- **Age**: 18-25 Years

**Working Days**:5 Days (Monday-Friday)
**Working Hours**:10:30 AM - 08:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
