As a sales coordinator you have to
- 1. Daily Co-ordination with all sales employee, regarding PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).

2. Co-ordinate with all sales employee and resolve the issues that are barrier in their sales growth.

3. Handling all sales employee grievance except salary and TA/DA grievances.

4. Follow-up with all sales employee every day (morning and evening).

5. Tracking the DSR on daily basis of Sales employee.

6. Every end of the month, co-ordinate with sales employee for the PJP.

7. Distributor birthday, work Anniversary (2+ years) and Marriage Anniversary (2+ years) (cake arrangement).

8. Performance review and management of sales.

9. Identification & organizing the training of employees.

10. Flow chart briefing to all employees of documentation and Implementation (several department work role).

11. Feed Back from employees on Bhaithak meeting with Director.

12. Weekly Follow-up and make sure all sale employee achieve their Target.

13. Co-ordinate with all sales employee regarding Incentive policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
