**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular inspections of plants
- Implement and manage a comprehensive plant care program.
- Monitor and manage pest control measures.
- Analyze soil conditions and recommend appropriate amendments.
- Ensure proper drainage and irrigation systems.
- Propagate plants through various methods such as seeding, cutting, and grafting.
- Maintain accurate records of propagation activities.
- Coordinate the availability of plants for landscaping projects.
- Work closely with other departments such as Services and maintenance, Retail, Operations.
- Provide horticultural expertise and advice to other teams as needed.
- Serve as a resource for horticultural information within the organization.
- Source and procure materials within budgetary constraints.
- Monitor expenses and provide regular updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Mini Experience of 3 years as a Horticulturist.
- Strong knowledge of Indoor and ornamental plants.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Horticulturist: 2 years (preferred)
