Corporate Legal Assistant: Advocate Only

**Key responsibilities**:

- Drafting and reviewing agreements including Non
- Disclosure Agreements, employment agreements, marketing agreements, consultancy agreements, engagement letters, SaaS Agreements, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to our online and offline business operations. Assist in corporate governance matters, including board meetings, filings, and regulatory compliance.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks and liabilities associated with business activities. Advising on laws and regulations affecting the Company's businesses to the internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with legal requirements.
- Conducting research on various matters that may be required to support the business or for the implementation of new business initiatives.
- Drafting notices and response to notices received by the Company.
- Responding to grievances received by users of the platform.
- Maintain and keep up to date the repository of all legal, secretarial, and critical documents of the Company.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) and a valid state bar admission.
- 2+ years of corporate legal experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of online and offline business operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
