The Firm Represents, homebuyers, flat purchasers, etc. in property matters, RERA cases, High Court Litigation, Real Estate conveyancing, Corporate Contracts, Compliance and Due diligence, Land Acquisition for developers, Redevelopment, Society Matters, Etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time exclusive on-site role for an EXPERIENCED Legal Advocate at Chambers of Prakkash Rohira in Mumbai. The Legal Advocate will be responsible for attending courts, doing research, arguing patters, preparing drafts and replies. This is not a freshers opportunity.
Qualifications
Thorough research skills.
Matter reading Skills
Drafting of plaint and replies.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Mandatory Requirements
LLB or LLM degree from a recognized institution
Proper drafting and speaking skills in English Language
Minimum 3 year experience in Litigation in Mumbai Courts.
Exclusive working Monday Thru Saturday from Office at Santacruz West, Mumbai
