Learning Technology Associate

Key Responsibilities_
The responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating and curating learning content using a range of modalities
- Identifying opportunities for the use of technology in learning
- Required Experience and Skills_
- Have knowledge of video editing tools such as Camtasia or Premiere
- Be able to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Have experience creating digital assets
- Have an eye for detail and a strong sense of information organisation
- Thrive working in a high-performing team culture and across US, European and Asian cultures
- Be articulate and a confident communicator, confident in speaking up and forming great working relationships
- Enjoy the challenge of building a world-class learning academy and have a desire to grow your career within Learning & Development
- Be a team player who is highly collaborative and has the ability to confidently work with internal clients
- Be resilient and can get things done within a highly matrixed organisation
**Desirable but not essential skills**
- Experience creating SCORM files
- Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360
- Knowledge of animation software such as VideoScribe and Vyond
- Experience audio editing
- Graphic design experience with the following Adobe products: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience using LMS
