**Responsibilities**
- Explain & pitch our core value proposition to potential clients
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects and work with internal sales team members to cultivate prospectus lists
- Stay responsible for client prospecting, maintain a prospect database
- Preparing daily reports on lead generation activities and results
- Stay proactive in identifying opportunities for new business

**Essential Skills**
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate over a phone call
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
- Be able to excel in pressure situations
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as part of a team

**Qualifications**
- Graduate (with minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience in lead-generation process)
- Healthcare background would be an add-on
- Prior experience of using Zoom, Webex, MS Teams or similar online platforms is desirable

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
