Wundrsight Healthcare is building a Virtual Reality & AI-based Digital Therapeutics platform to enhance treatment outcomes, engagement, and ease of care for neurological, cognitive, mental, and behavioral health solutions. Our goal is to provide effective psychological therapies and solutions to help the large and growing number of people in India who lack access to clinicians.

**Job Description**:
As a VFX Animation Artist at Wundrsight, you will have the opportunity to merge your passion for visual effects with your desire to make a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry. Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in creating compelling visual content that enhances medical education, patient engagement, and healthcare communication.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Animation Production: Produce high-quality animations that effectively communicate complex medical concepts, procedures, and treatments in a clear and engaging manner. Work closely with medical experts and content creators to ensure accuracy and relevance of visual content.

2. Storyboarding and Previsualization: Translate script and concept into visual storytelling through storyboarding and previsualization techniques. Develop animatics and rough sketches to outline the flow and timing of animations.

3. Character and Object Animation: Utilize keyframe animation and rigging techniques to bring characters, anatomical structures, medical devices, and other objects to life. Ensure animations are anatomically accurate and visually compelling.

6. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews of animations to ensure technical accuracy, medical fidelity, and alignment with project goals. Iterate on animations based on feedback from stakeholders and end users to achieve desired outcomes.

7. Professional Development: Stay informed about advancements in animation technology, medical imaging, and healthcare communication. Continuously expand your skillset through training, self-directed learning, and collaboration with colleagues.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, visual effects, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of professional experience in animation production, preferably in the healthcare or educational sector.

3. Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, or similar tools.

4. Strong understanding of animation principles, storytelling techniques, and visual communication concepts.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

6. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, particularly when depicting medical anatomy and procedures.

7. Portfolio or demo reel showcasing your animation work, with a focus on medical or educational content preferred.
