**Job Title: Sales Executive (Retail Store)**
**Location**:Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Salary**:INR 3,60,000 - INR 4,80,000 per annum (CTC)
**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their furniture needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product specifications, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Assist customers throughout the purchasing process, from product selection to finalizing sales and managing payment transactions
- Ensure that products are well-organized and displayed according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as necessary to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
- Knowledge of furniture styles, trends, and design principles is an added advantage
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
