IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and execute sales strategies to effectively promote and sell Arcot Group’s SaaS products to businesses and organizations.
- Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling, converting leads into successful sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide timely feedback to the product development team on client needs and market demand, along with regular sales activity reports to management.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically with IT and SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS business model and the IT sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, within a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning-based SaaS products.
- Familiarity with the educational technology sector.
**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
