**Skills**

- Proven experience as a Zoho CRM Administrator or in a similar role
- 5+ years of CRM experience required.
- 3+ years of Zoho CRM experience required
- In-depth knowledge of Zoho CRM functionalities and configuration.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Zoho CRM Configuration: Configure and customize Zoho CRM to align with our business processes and objectives. Set up user roles, profiles, custom fields, workflows, and automation to streamline operations.
- Data Management: Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency within Zoho CRM. Monitor data quality, deduplicate records, and conduct regular data clean-ups.
- Integration: Integrate Zoho CRM with other tools and systems used across the organization, ensuring smooth data exchange and process automation.
- User Training and Support: Provide training sessions to empower users to effectively navigate and leverage Zoho CRM. Offer support to address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions.
- Customization and Interface: Customize Zoho CRM's interface to cater to different user roles and departments, optimizing user experience and efficiency.
- Security and Access Control: Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive customer data. Define user access controls and permissions to ensure data privacy and protection.
- Reporting and Analytics: Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Zoho CRM to provide insights for informed decision-making.
- Workflow Automation: Design, implement, and maintain workflow automation to streamline sales processes, lead assignment, and customer interactions.
- System Upgrades and Enhancements: Stay informed about Zoho CRM updates and releases. Test new features, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system functionality.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance Zoho CRM's capabilities, user experience, and effectiveness. Incorporate user feedback and changing business needs into system improvements.
- Vendor Communication: Collaborate with Zoho CRM's technical support for issue resolution, updates, and assistance with complex challenges.
