The Role
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MS Defender.
- Must have minimum 4-5 years of experience in Azure AD.
- Responsible for On-Board and Off-Board the client from Defender console.
- Must have the knowledge of Defender policy.
- Ability to act rapidly and logically under pressure and make effective use of others in resolving problems Ability to work in shift and flexible schedule.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor MS Defender (ATP) health and services.
- Troubleshoot the not reported client and resolve issues with user access to cloud services.
- Handling existing policy and new.
- Assign MS Defender licenses, set permissions, troubleshoot issues.
- Assist with administering MS Teams
- Manage (deployment, configuration profile & compliance profile, monitoring)
- Good understanding on Active Directory (On-Prem) and AZURE as well.

Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Operations preferred; or equivalent from college or technical school; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have industry certifications (or years of experience)
