**Purchasing & Procurement**:

- **Vendor Management**:

- Identify and develop relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials, products, and services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers.
- Maintain a database of approved suppliers and conduct regular vendor assessments.
- **Purchase Order Processing**:

- Generate purchase orders (PO) based on procurement needs and inventory levels.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Follow up with suppliers to resolve delivery issues or discrepancies.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for operational needs.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to conduct regular stock audits.
- Ensure proper documentation of inventory transactions and stock movements.
- **Cost & Quality Control**:

- Ensure that goods and services are purchased at competitive rates while maintaining quality standards.
- Compare pricing and quality across vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- **Procurement Reporting**:

- Prepare and analyze purchase reports, including purchase forecasts and vendor performance metrics.
- Track purchase budgets and spending to ensure alignment with financial goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in accounting or procurement roles.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP) and procurement management systems.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procurement processes.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to accuracy.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
