- Supervise and lead a team of security personnel to maintain a safe and secure environment.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Conduct regular security inspections to ensure the facility's safety standards are being met.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and review footage as necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations, including fire, theft, and suspicious activities.
- Investigate and document incidents, providing reports to management and law enforcement as needed.
- Ensure proper training of security staff on emergency protocols, including evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services.
- Handle access control systems and ensure that entry and exit points are properly secured.
- Regularly assess the adequacy of security systems and recommend improvements.
- Provide regular security reports to senior management and suggest necessary actions.
- Maintain records of daily activities, security breaches, and other noteworthy incidents.
- **Requirements**:_
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of security operations and surveillance systems.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make quick decisions.
- Familiarity with relevant legal guidelines and standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in security management or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay: ₹12,827.94 - ₹20,366.50 per month
