**1. Installation and Assembly**:

- Fitters install new machinery and mechanical components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- They align and secure parts to ensure proper functioning.

**2. Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Conduct regular maintenance on mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns.
- Diagnose issues and repair or replace faulty components.

**3. Fabrication and Modification**:

- Fabricate parts and modify existing machinery to improve performance or meet new requirements.
- Use tools like lathes, grinders, and welding equipment for shaping and assembling parts.

**4. Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure all machinery operates safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety regulations and perform risk assessments.

**5. Technical Support**:

- Provide troubleshooting assistance for mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with other staff to resolve mechanical problems.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications.
- Report the condition and performance of machinery to supervisors and engineers.

Electrician

**1. Installation and Wiring**:

- Install electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in the plant according to codes and specifications.
- Connect wiring to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.

**2. Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Perform regular maintenance on electrical systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and replace faulty wiring or components.

**3. Upgrades and Modifications**:

- Upgrade existing electrical systems to enhance capacity or meet new standards.
- Modify wiring and circuits to accommodate changes in the plant's layout or machinery.

**4. Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations.
- Implement safety measures to protect against electrical hazards.

**5. Technical Support**:

- Provide technical support for electrical systems and equipment.
- Assist other staff in resolving electrical problems quickly and effectively.

**6. Documentation and Reporting**:

- Keep detailed records of electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Report the status and issues related to electrical systems to management.

Pay: ₹16,500.56 - ₹17,000.78 per month
