Outbound Telesales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential leads through various sources such as online databases, social media, and industry-specific platforms.

**Cold Calling**: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients with the aim of introducing products or services, identifying decision-makers, and generating interest.

**Qualification**: Engage in conversations to understand the needs and requirements of prospects. Determine if the prospect is a qualified lead based on established criteria.

**Product Knowledge**: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits and features to potential clients.

**Pitching and Presentation**: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to the needs of each prospect. Highlight the value proposition and address potential objections.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients over the phone. Listen actively to their concerns and provide solutions that align with their needs.

**Pipeline Management**: Keep accurate records of all interactions, updates, and progress in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

**Follow-up**: Follow up on leads, provide additional information as needed, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

**Negotiation**: Collaborate with prospects to address objections, negotiate terms, and close deals that are mutually beneficial.

**Targets and Metrics**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Monitor and report progress on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the sales manager.

**Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Feedback Loop**: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences, objections, and competitive intelligence.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.**:

- **Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales roles.**:

- **Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to engage people over the phone.**:

- **Persuasive and confident demeanour with strong negotiation skills.**:

- **Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.**:

- **Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.**:

- **Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a positive manner.**:

- **Time management and organizational skills to efficiently manage leads and calls.**:

- **Goal-oriented mindset and a self-motivated attitude.**:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,139.30 per month
