
Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to contribute to generating sales leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving/assisting in the achievement of
opportunity-based sales targets for our company.
You will be responsible for contacting potential/new customers to inform them about products & services.
**Job responsibilities**:
1. Calling out potential B2B customers to inform them about products and services using
scripts.
2. Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.
3. Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
4. Ensure follow-up by entering the data in CRM with calls to action, dates, complete profile
information, sources, etc.
upsell as and when needed.
6. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
7. Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
8. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
11. It is mandatory to have language skills proficiency in English and Hindi.
12. Handling portal enquiry e.g.: IndiaMart, Trade India, and ensure of sales conversions.
Key Skills:
- Knowledge in Sales Process
- Fluent in spoken Hindi & English languages.
- CRM handling experience is an advantage.
- MS Excel sheet knowledge required.
- Target-oriented personality.
