Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitation and Leadership:

- Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Act as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams, guiding them to higher levels of maturity and performance.
- Backlog Management:

- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize the Product Backlog.
- Ensure the Sprint Backlog is well-defined and manageable, facilitating smooth and efficient sprint cycles.
- Project Management:

- Manage and coordinate 5-6 concurrent projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
- Utilize Azure DevOps and Jira for tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Continuous Improvement:

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and addressing process inefficiencies.
- Implement best practices and provide training to team members to enhance Agile practices.
- Stakeholder Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and open communication.
- Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and potential risks to all relevant stakeholders.
- Risk Management:

- Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks, ensuring mínimal disruption to project timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively resolve conflicts and remove impediments to ensure team productivity.

Qualifications:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Certifications:

- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM, A-CSM or CSP-SM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I) certification is required.
- Experience:

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of successful delivery.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in using Agile project management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Strong understanding of Scrum principles, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle.
- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in a software development or IT environment.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Lean).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
