  • Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner to maintain a well-refined product backlog, ensuring that it is prioritized and clearly defined.
  • Empower Self-Organization: Foster an environment where the development team feels empowered to self-organize, take ownership of their work, and make decisions collaboratively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading Agile teams and effectively scaling Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, and similar platforms.
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
