Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate the buying and selling of financial securities, such as stocks, bonds, and commodities, on behalf of clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance to provide personalized investment advice.
- Monitor market trends and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks for clients.
- Add channel partners for our upcoming project.
- Execute trades accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely settlement and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Educate clients on investment strategies, market dynamics, and risk management techniques to help them make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with research analysts and other team members to analyze market data, develop investment strategies, and generate investment ideas.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously build and expand client base through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach efforts.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transactions, and account activities for reporting and regulatory purposes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Broker or similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in relevant software and trading platforms, as well as Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹80,594.80 - ₹162,421.00 per month
