Appointment Setter

**Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities**:

- Handling questions, issues and providing detailed information on requirements, processes, and policies.
- Entering, updating and reviewing data and records.
- Processing enrollments and dis-enrollments.
- Assisting with billing and payment processing.
- Conducting information sessions.
- Attending team meeting and keeping track of the team progress.
- Making payment follow ups with Agency clients & invoicing.
- Outbound Prospecting & Closing Cold leads for Agency
- Closing the warm leads for the Program & Agency Services
- And any other work that may be assigned.

**Enrollment Specialist Requirements**:

- Experience in the relevant field.
- Customer service experience is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent administrative skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of database and relevant software programs.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Mumbai, Mumbai - 400011, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
