- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality communication and align appointments with company objectives.
- **Database Management**:Update and manage client databases using CRM tools.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- **Conversion Rate**: Improve appointment conversion rates through effective strategies.
- **Daily Reporting**: Compile detailed daily reports for the manager, including key metrics.

**Requirements**:
Previous Telecalling or appointment setting experience preferred.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Proficient in CRM software.

Goal-oriented mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
