Uniserv offers a wide range of services which includes Dry Docking consultancy, Steel repairs, LSA/FFE Services, Calibration, OEM Spare supply, Hydro -Blasting and painting, Tank cleaning, Cargo holds washing, Ship Supplies, Marine Spare parts trading, Technical services and maintenance, Provisions / stores Management, Logistics and forwarding.

We have Inhouse technical and product specialist teams who will analyze your enquiries and work through your requirements with our inhouse and expert teams to deliver simplified solutions at Global ports.

Marine Solutions Made Easy through Uniserv

This position entails creating invoices and related documents promptly in accordance with requirements and maintaining an appropriate follow-up procedure to monitor customer payments.

Position Type: Full-time permanent

Business Area / Division : Accounts

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Main responsibilities

Assist with the processing and submission of invoices.

Ensuring that customer information details are kept up-to-date.

Creating and sending statements to customers.

Ensure the accuracy of the final invoice.

Follow up with customer.

Prepare and process detailed financial statements for each of our clients.

Recovering outstanding debts.

Any other duties assigned by reporting manager.

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Accounting.
Preferred - Specialisation in Finance & Taxation.

Ability:
Fluency in English - both written and verbal correspondence.

Computer Expertise

Ability to systematically work independently and in a team.

Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
