Agm Finance

Gosree Finance Limited an NBFC is looking for AGM Finance to lead and be responsible for the entire finance and accounting operations.

Reporting to the CEO, the AGM Finance manages a team of accounting professionals to deliver the finance and accounting activities of the company.

Responsible for supporting the management team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation of financial metrics, periodic data and analyse / review key business drivers by products/functions and assist in decision making.

2. Analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends across P&L and providing analysis and insights of business results to Business & Function Heads.

3. Provide support with financial data to the top management to assist in their decision making.

4. Create and review periodic business outlook and financial plans on a rolling basis.

5. Drive improvement activities to generate efficiencies and cost reduction.

6. Ensuring the Financial & Statutory control processes are in place.

**Requirements**:
2. Qualification: MBA / Post Graduation in Finance

3. Previous experience in a financial company environment with 5 years in Managerial Role

4. Exposure to NBFC loan software is an advantage.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Language expertise: English & Malayalam. Speaking Tamil is an added advantage.

7. Location: Kochi
