**Position Overview**:*

**Key Responsibilities**:*
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects and clients in the garment, electronics items, retail, eCommerce, and manufacturing industries to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer inquiries.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination and handover of leads and opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate accurate sales reports.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote our brand and generate leads.
- Provide regular feedback to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:*
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably in the garment, electronics items, retail, eCommerce, or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of distribution channels, corporate gifting, general trade, IndiaMART, Trade India, and modern trade practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively pitch, negotiate, and close sales deals to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
