Sales Executive Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and creating reports.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Create and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Monitor sales activity and generate sales reports for management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics.
- Attend sales meetings and provide input on sales and marketing strategies.
- Coordinate sales events, such as trade shows and product launches.
- Maintain a high level of channel partner satisfaction by providing timely and effective responses.
- **Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field **preferred.**:

- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills are a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- Experience with reporting softwares preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
