This role gives a full insight of sales and service organization, and the role works very closely with sales, service, Philips Capital, Supply chain teams etc. You will play pivotal role in managing B2B business. You should have experience of handling team and able to influence multiple stakeholders.
**The primary responsibilities of the Role are as follows,**
- Preparing and analyzing of Annual and strategic financial plans (Annual Budget), Quarterly Forecast (i.e. Rolling Forecast) & Latest View of an organization on monthly basis
- Various business modelling like sensitivity analysis of key business drivers, effect of decisions, possible alternatives evaluation for Sales Go to Market strategy.
- Playing a role of Business partner to facilitate the right business decisions through aggressive influencing and supporting skills.
- Review and analysis of monthly financial performance of revenue and expenses to determine key drivers impacting company’s P&L, monitoring trends, assessing impact, and developing actionable strategies.
- Responsible for the month end closing for the business line ensuring financial integrity of segment result.
- Responsible for the MIS reporting to business and driving various MIS automation projects & signoff of business requirement documents and owning daily management boards.
- Regular Communication for liaising & interacting with various regional sales & product managers.
- Having an in-depth understanding of customer expectations and Philips offering while guiding Sales on commercial terms
- Business partnering for inventory optimization and Responsible for monthly Excess and obsolete Provisions.
- Driving business performance metrics and performance management for customer service and supply chain function
**To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and **experience.**
- CA/MBA (from premier institutes) with at 4-7 years of relevant experience in handling teams, influence non-finance and other teams not reporting to the role.
- Good in MS excel, knowledge in SAP is an added advantage,
- Process oriented for sustainable solutions.
- Analytical bend of mind
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders.
