2. Utilize expertise in handling school education teams for illustration creation and book design,

adhering to client guidelines.

3. Provide input for budgeting, re-forecasting, and cost monitoring, collaborating closely with reporting

managers.

4. Drive efficiency and productivity improvements within the team.

5. Conduct training sessions to onboard and mentor new and junior employees.

6. Identify opportunities for automation to enhance production efficiency and quality for clients.

8. Maintain regular communication with clients on a daily basis.

9. Update project trackers and prepare consolidated reports as necessary.

10. Conduct sampling of new books allocated by clients.

11. Interpret and understand design requirements provided by clients.

12. Demonstrate proficiency in preflight processes and effectively resolve related issues.

13. Actively monitor, manage, and prioritize daily production activities.

14. Ensure productivity, schedule adherence, quality control, and effective people management.

15. Maintain and enhance standards for pre-press work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
