**Overview**

We are looking for a Growth Marketer who thrives on hitting business targets to join us. As Growth Marketer at Skizzle, you will be responsible for managing the company’s customer acquisition funnel and will be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.

You will manage and support activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, retention, and up-selling. Working cross-functionally with the product management, design, and marketing teams, you will design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while periodically reporting to the leadership team. You'll develop, implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You'll own all of our marketing channels and measure their success.

You'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our overarching business goals. Ideally, all this will result in acquisition, retention and loyalty of customers. You'll work together with our content marketer and designer to craft beautiful and compelling stories for campaigns. Ultimately, as Growth Marketer, you'll make sure our message reaches our target audience so that Skizzle can enter the next stage of growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the growth plan in conjunction with the leadership team
- Develop a unified approach to the company’s overall marketing efforts in

collaboration with the product, and design teams
- Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a

focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising
- Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams)

that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing

audiences
- Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model

changes, new tools, products, and features)
- Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends)

during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts
- Ensure the company blog, social media accounts, and website are continuously

updated and optimized to provide a great user experience
- Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on marketing initiatives

and product performance and provide recommendations on improvement strategies
- Own and execute performance marketing
- Own and execute affiliate marketing
- Report, recommend and iterate on campaigns to drive increased ROI
- Run AB / MVT experiments
- Identify opportunities, threats and challenges in markets and act accordingly

**Job Requirements**:
Our ideal Growth Marketer will have:
display advertising campaigns.
- You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and

devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
- You can optimize landing pages and user funnels
- You are skilled in experimentation
- Analytical and knowledgeable in using various analytic tools including Google

Analytics, Amplitude and Optimizely.
- You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising.
- You have strong analytical skills.
- You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
- A belief in and determination to solve complex problems
- A strong understanding and passion for all things digital marketing
- A highly creative, data-driven and analytical mind
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- You will monitor and manage our social media and web analytics and develop

insightful reports for teams and superiors
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS
- A willingness to fail-forward, learn and grow

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field required
- 4+ years of experience with a proven track record of driving user growth through

effective marketing campaigns or growth hacks across different channels(not

necessarily Facebook & Google).
- 4+ years of experience working as a Growth Marketer at tech start-ups
- 2+ years B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred)
- Experience in working as a founder of a disruptive Marketing Agency is a plus
- Prior experience in interfacing with Product teams to roll out marketing tools is also a big plus.
