**Responsibilities**:
- Worked on different profiles like CNA, LPN, Pharmacist, Nursing Assistant and RNs (Med-Surg, ICU, PCU, TELE).
- Good hands on experience in full lifecycle recruiting for contract and fulltime roles i.e. Sourcing / Interviewing / Profile selection/ Follow up / Referral from job boards such as Monster, Dice, Career Builder, LinkedIn, and other social networking sites.
- Should have experience working with Pharma or Healthcare Allied; Admin/insurance and Nursing Clients (Direct or MSP/ VMS)
- Collaborate with the team to understand client staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Healthcare recruitment, with a focus on VMS MSP.
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a high paced work environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and VMS
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
