Sales Executive for Capital Equipment Selling or Providing DG Sets on Rent (Hiring)

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering client relationships, and

driving revenue growth through DG set rentals.

Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive for Capital Equipment Rental, specifically DG sets, your main responsibility will be to identify

potential clients, promote our rental services, and secure rental contracts. You will actively engage with prospective

customers, understand their power requirements, and offer customized DG set solutions to meet their needs. Your

proactive approach to sales and strong customer service skills will contribute to achieving sales targets and

maintaining long-term customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and target potential customers, including industries, commercial establishments,

events, and other organizations requiring temporary power solutions.

Customer Engagement: Initiate contact with leads and inquiries, respond to customer queries promptly, and engage

in meaningful discussions to understand their power requirements.

Rental Solution Proposals: Prepare and present tailored DG set rental proposals based on the customer's power

needs and duration of usage.

Sales Closing: Negotiate rental terms and pricing with clients to secure contracts. Follow up on leads and

opportunities to convert them into confirmed rentals.

Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business

and referrals.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to remain competitive

in the market.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up status using CRM

software.

Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and installation of DG sets to

clients.

Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our services and offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the capital equipment rental industry or related sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
