**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. **Lead Outreach**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Willus Infrastructure’s offerings. - Answer inbound inquiries from interested leads. - Maintain high-quality conversations to build interest and trust.

**2. **Data Management**:

- Maintain a detailed database of leads and client interactions. - Update the CRM system with call outcomes and follow-up requirements.

**3. **Client Communication**: - Explain the benefits of our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) solutions to potential customers. - Understand client needs and provide information about our services tailored to their requirements.

**5. **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect client feedback and relay it to the team to improve processes or services. - Stay informed about client pain points and market trends. **Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
- **Experience**:0 to 2 years in tele calling, customer service, or sales. Experience in the construction, PEB, or infrastructure industry is an advantage.
- **Skills**: - Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. - Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus). - Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. - Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools. - Energetic and confident with a customer-focused approach.
- **Behavioral Traits**: - Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism. - Good listening skills and patience to handle client inquiries. - Self-motivated and able to meet targets within deadlines. -**--**
