We offer you the opportunity to optimally handle Background Verification process.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Operations Management - People Operations experience supporting APAC and US region for Background Screening.
- The role includes performing transactions in accordance with the procedures and regulations for the country, with the highest standards of time and quality under the contract with the customer
- This role also requires you to build, update and maintain all HR related data via HR System on time
- The role also provides you with an ongoing opportunity to assist in identifying areas to improve communications, efficiency of operations and implementing changes.

The broader People Services & Solutions team consists of 250 colleagues, and we are all passionate about HR topics and love to work collaboratively. **Your skills and experience**

We are looking for:

- 3+ years of relevant experience with Background Screening
- Experience in People Service center operations or Background Screening space in large matrixed organizations along with experience in working with multiple clients/processes in fast paced/3rd party BPO environment would be preferred
- You have expert knowledge of MS office Products
- You have hands on experience of working on HR ERP like PeopleSoft/SAP/SkillSoft etc.
- You have solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- You have proven work experience in an environment that promotes continuous improvement and/or automation of processes
- You have a Green Belt/LEAN certification will be an added advantage
- Open to working in all shifts, as well as work in a fast paced environment
- You have experience working with partners across regions, and proven to be able to work across cultures
- You are comfortable improving process dashboards, find opportunities for improvement using data and drive improvement projects independently
- You are reliable, patient, resilient and service oriented
- You are committed to ongoing learning and implementing new knowledge into practice
- You are flexible, able to learn new solutions and systems quickly
- You are self-starter, motivated for professional development
