**Summary**:
As an Influencer and PR Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing influencer marketing and public relations strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. Leveraging relationships with influencers and media outlets, you will execute campaigns that effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Influencer Management:_

Identify and cultivate relationships with influencers across relevant platforms.

Negotiate partnerships and manage contracts with influencers for collaboration opportunities.

Coordinate influencer campaigns, including content creation and promotions.
- Public Relations:_

Develop and maintain media relationships to secure press coverage and placements.

Draft press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.

Monitor media coverage and track PR performance metrics.
- Campaign Execution:_

Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop campaign concepts and strategies.

Ensure seamless execution of influencer and PR campaigns within budget and timeline constraints.

Analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
- Brand Representation:_

Serve as a brand ambassador in interactions with influencers, media, and external partners.

Represent the brand at events, press conferences, and industry functions.

Uphold brand values and messaging in all communications and interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
