Responsible for providing professional company secretarial services to clients, assisting senior team members in various tasks, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in the field of corporate governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
**Company Secretarial Services**:

- Assist in the incorporation of companies and prepare necessary documents, such as Memorandum and Articles of Association.
- Draft and maintain statutory registers, minutes of meetings, and resolutions.
- Prepare and file required forms, returns, and other documents with regulatory authorities.
- Assist in the organization of board meetings, general meetings, and committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Handle routine correspondence and communications related to company secretarial matters.
- Assisting in different kind of secretarial, corporate, and other events/ actions undertaken by the client’s organisation.

**Compliance and Governance**:

- Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and amendments related to companies and corporate governance.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, such as filing of annual returns, financial statements, and other periodic filings.
- Conduct research and analysis on legal and regulatory matters as required.
- Assist in the implementation of corporate governance best practices and policies.

**Client Assistance**:

- Provide support/ assistance to senior team members in client engagements and different assignments as and when required.
- Assist in conducting due diligence and compliance reviews for clients.
- Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders on company secretarial matters.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other deliverables as required.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company secretarial documents and filings.
- Organize and manage electronic and physical files in accordance with internal procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and documents.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay abreast of developments in company secretarial practices and corporate laws.
- Participate in training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.
- Seek guidance and support from senior team members to learn and grow in the role.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
