**Food Preparation**: Prepare and assist in the preparation of Continental dishes, including but not limited to appetizers, salads, main courses, and desserts.

**Recipe Adherence**: Follow recipes and guidelines provided by the Chef de Partie or Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality in food preparation.

**Kitchen Assistance**: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. Assist in various tasks, including chopping, peeling, and cooking as needed.

**Quality Control**: Monitor the freshness and quality of ingredients, ensuring that all food items meet the highest standards of taste and presentation.

**Cleanliness and Hygiene**: Adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards in the kitchen. Keep workstations and equipment clean and organized.

**Stock Management**: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels. Notify superiors when ingredients need to be replenished.

**Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and other kitchen team members to achieve culinary goals and maintain a positive working environment.
