**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes within the continental cuisine category, ensuring adherence to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Work under the guidance of the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff to execute orders efficiently and maintain a smooth flow of operations.
- Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling components of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring a safe and sanitary working environment.
- Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of dishes and efficient service.
- Follow recipes and cooking techniques accurately to consistently produce high-quality dishes.
- Continuously learn and expand your knowledge of continental cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and notifying the appropriate person when supplies are low.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.

**Requirements**:

- Passion for cooking and a strong interest in continental cuisine.
- Culinary training or previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the Head Chef and senior kitchen staff.
