**Chat Support Executive Job Brief**
**Responsibilities**:
- Engage with customers through chat to provide timely and accurate assistance.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through solutions.
- Utilize product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive rapport with clients.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in typing and multitasking during chat interactions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently.
- Empathetic and patient attitude towards customer concerns.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
