SEPAL Accounting Executive
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Executive to handle a wide range of accounting responsibilities within our company.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1.**Daily Operations**:
Process Daily Sales Receipts, Vendor Payments, and Book-Keeping in Tally. 2.**Weekly Operations**: oProcess and reconcile weekly sales receipts with bank statements. *Generate and reconcile weekly sales invoices. *Handle weekly vendor payments and reconcile with bank statements. *Reconcile weekly purchase orders, vendor payments, and invoices.
3.**Monthly Operations**: *Reconcile and process payments for GST, ITC, TDS, and Professional Tax.
*Process monthly salaries, rents, and other recurring payments. *Prepare Monthly MIS reports, Stock Statements, Assets and Liabilities Reports, P&L statements, and other necessary accounting reports. 4.**Communication & Liaison**: *Coordinate with vendors and team members for entity onboarding, purchase orders, invoices, and related queries regarding GST, ITC, TDS, and payslips. *Liaise with different departments to address any compliance-related queries or notices received.
5.**Compliance & Confidentiality**: *Ensure the company maintains compliance with all relevant accounting legislation. *Protect the organization’s value by maintaining the confidentiality and security of financial information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
