**Job Summary**: As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, and managing various accounting activities. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure the smooth operation of all finance-related matters.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ledgers, and journals.
- Handle daily accounting operations such as invoicing, bank reconciliations, and cash flow management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure timely payment of vendor invoices and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Monitor and manage credit control and debt collection activities.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts, creditors, and debtors.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Support the finance team in auditing, budgeting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
- Handle queries and provide support to other departments on financial matters.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- Tally: 1 year (preferred)
