**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
- Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and report on status to the project manager.
- Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and action items.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Assist in preparing project presentations and reports for stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
