IT PROJECT COORDINATOR

We are looking to hire experienced IT Project Coordinator with 5+ years of experience to work with us full-time from on-site.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather requirements and analyse, finally translating those requirements into project specifications
- Develop professional and cooperative relationship with client for long term basis
- Deliver the project constantly in said time frame with valuable comments as well as rating
- Maintaining the worksheet for project completion, on-going and upcoming (pipeline)
- Bridge the gap between business leads and development team by an effective liaison for timely demo with the potential clients
- Manage the trackers for the overall development team with the timelines of various products in the pipeline in accordance to the sales requirements for the management review
- Should have credible experience in sophisticated corporate client handling, smooth roll-out and taking the sign off
- Logical thinker resulting in prudent decision making
- Gather requirements and analyse, finally translating those requirements into project specifications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Project Analyst in IT organizations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Tools
- Expertise in Project management tools, knowledge of **Frontend & Backend Technologies**.
- Experience in project co-ordination and delivery management
- Experience in creating and managing software roadmaps and headcount sheets
- Expertise in generating required presentations for Senior Management
- Ability to understand how to think around obstacles and execute deliverables on time
- Must have high initiative, leadership qualities, good Interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
- Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced team environment and flexible to accommodate demanding project schedules
- Prior experience for maintain the project development with client interaction via skype, slack, telegram or other communication tools for queries, clarification, testing and project completion

**Key Skills**: IT Project Coordinator, Project Management, Project Coordination, Project Estimation, IT Consulting, Data Processor, Project Life Cycle, Knowledge of Front End and Backend Technologies.

**Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or Computer Science.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
