We are actively seeking an experienced Backend Developer with a proven track record, bringing a minimum of 3 years of professional expertise in designing and implementing robust server-side applications. Joining our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance and scalable backend solutions that power captivating user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure server-side applications that meet both technical and business requirements.

Collaborate closely with the frontend development team to seamlessly integrate backend functionality into user interfaces.

Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code using industry-standard technologies and best practices.

Ensure optimal performance and reliability of server-side applications through regular code optimization and performance profiling.

Stay abreast of the latest backend development trends, frameworks, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

Troubleshoot and debug backend issues, providing timely resolutions to support ongoing operations.

Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and sharing knowledge within the team.

Participate actively in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Minimum of 3 years of professional backend development experience.

Proficiency in server-side languages such as Python, Java, MongoDB or Node.js., backend chat

Strong experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and designing efficient database schemas.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and their integration into frontend applications.

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and package managers (e.g., npm or yarn).

Solid understanding of security best practices in backend development.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
