across the world today. they manufacture and market designer bathroom faucets and accessories. Company present in India from past six years with team for sales and service with Head office based in Mohali.

**Responsibilities**:

- To handle a team of technicians on daily basis
- To provide training to the technicians and upgrade their skill sets on regular basis
- Drive improvements and increase efficiencies and consistency within the After Sales team
- Define and manage co-ordination of the long range strategic plans for the after sales business

based on future business growth.
- To guide customers with technical guidance of the product

**Job requirement**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication skills oral and written. (English & Hindi both).
- Well groomed and presentable personality.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in bathroom fitting industry.

Job location - Mohali

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
