Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a welcoming attitude.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate conference room usage.
- Arrange travel accommodations and bookings for the management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and reorder as needed.
- Support administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Ensure all front-desk activities comply with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage communications with shipping partners for timely deliveries.
- Liaise with distributors, retailers, vendors and the sales team to streamline processes.
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of the showroom/display area.
- Reach out to our online customers and address their inquiries effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a similar role or administrative position.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus
