Your solid business acumen, deep understanding of consumer insights and market trends will be key in defining and implementing strategies across laundry and surface care categories, while serving as a central point of contact for innovation. **Your key responsibilities**
- Strategy: Contribute to global home segment strategy and innovation deployment in India, to accelerate growth
- Market Intelligence: Provide global segment leadership with customer insights and local needs through network participation.
- Innovation Portfolio Management: Assess sufficiency, identify gaps, and prioritize innovation projects for India.
- Business Case Support: Consolidate local inputs for innovation business cases and participate in project development.
- Deployment & Adaptation: Collaborate with global Marketing and Project teams to launch and adapt materials and webinars. Connect with customers
- Performance Measurement: Evaluate innovation results, recommend corrective actions, and serve as the local team's primary access point.

**You bring**
- Strong business acumen, to build business cases that shape strategy definition and support deployment
- Overall 10+ years of experience in Perfumery industry and in Innovation space in India
- Demonstrated success in deploying level strategies, particularly in laundry and surface care categories
- Adequate education in the scientific, perfumery innovation or sales areas
- Fluent in English
