As part of our expansion and continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance Coordinator to join our team.

As a Finance Coordinator at Medivision Lab & Scanning Centers, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial integrity and accuracy of our operations. You will be responsible for auditing all financial transactions and conducting reconciliations for our numerous branches across Kerala. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and financial acumen will be crucial in maintaining financial transparency and efficiency throughout the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular audits of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Perform bank reconciliations, monitor cash flows, and identify discrepancies for prompt resolution.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with branch managers and other departments to provide financial insights and assistance in their day-to-day financial activities.
- Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial data.
- Stay updated with financial regulations, laws, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA) would be an advantage.
- Proven experience as a Finance Coordinator, Financial Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a multi-branch environment.
- Sound knowledge of financial auditing procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
