Customer Support Executive

We are an established and fast-growing online two-wheeler marketplace in India. We are rapidly expanding globally and are looking to hire a Customer Support Executive (CSE) to join our team in **Bangalore**.
**Job Location**:
27th Main, **HSR Layout, Bangalore**
**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor payment transactions and solve payment-related questions.
- Run daily operations for website.
- Manage our customer and payment platforms.
- Research and collect product data from various sources (brand websites, datasheets, brochures etc).
- Uploading and updating product data, specifications, prices and images on our website.
- Review added product catalogues based on category guidelines.
- Ensure that the catalogue images are uploaded as per the image guidelines and that the catalogue contains accurate, comprehensive and high-quality product information.
- Interacting and coordinating with the Content Team to help ensure a smooth data flow.
- Complete all assignments in a timely and satisfactory manner.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Ability to work well in a team and independently, with good time management skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, patient, organised and able to pay attention to detail.
- Good typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts are added advantages.
**Qualification**:
Fresher Graduates.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
